Natomas Family Practice is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm, closed for lunch from 12 noon to 1:30pm.
If you require medical assistance on weekends, holidays or weekdays after 5pm, the Med 7 Urgent Care is open 9am to 9pm everyday. They are conveniently located at 4112 East Commerce Way, (916)447-6337.
For care after 9pm or for emergent care, Sutter patients should go to the ER at Sutter General Hospital at 2801 L St, or Sutter Memorial Hospital at 5151 F St. All other patients should go to Mercy General Hospital at 4001 J St. You may also leave a message on the office voicemail and someone will return your call during the next business day.
If it is an urgent matter that cannot wait until morning and you need to have a doctor paged immediatley, you may access the urgent mailbox through the main office line.
